Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production begins. Once artwork is approved, the order will move into production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Production & Shipping
Production begins after artwork approval. Estimated delivery is approximately 3 weeks after artwork approval, although timelines may vary. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.
